This Privacy Policy explains how Knowledge SA ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use the AgriCAF mobile application (the “App”), available on Android and iOS platforms.

Geolocation coordinates of areas you draw or mark on the map related to your fields and tasks.

Chat Data: If you use the in-app chat feature, we may collect the content of your messages, timestamps, and user IDs involved in the conversation. This data helps us enable communication, support, and moderation (if applicable).

Direct input from users during registration or while using app features

Secure HTTPS APIs when users interact with the application

To facilitate direct communication between users or between users and support agents (via in-app chat)

We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing partners.

We do not sell user information to third parties.

Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure but is only accessible by authorized services required for app operation.

5. Permissions Used

AgriCAF may request the following permissions on your device:

Location – to allow you to draw, save, and manage your field coordinates

Camera – for optional future features

Photos/Media/Files (Storage) – AgriCAF may request access to your device’s photo library. This allows you to select and use images.

We take your data privacy seriously. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. We apply standard security practices to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Chat content is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. Depending on the app design, chat data may be stored temporarily or persistently on secure servers operated by Knowledge SA or its trusted providers.


AgriCAF is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
